RECAP: SharePoint 2010 for Internet Sites Event

On Thursday September 30, 2010 eighty people joined together at the Microsoft Office in Waukesha to attend Concurrency’s latest event on SharePoint. Guest’s witnessed the platforms’ revolutionary web content and extranet capabilities. Live demonstrations of SharePoint 2010 took place that showcased the power of its web content capabilities from introductory concepts to advanced techniques. The following items were discussed in greater detail:

Guests were taught how to create and share content, publish sites and manage all of these processes with easy-to-use tools. Managing content from multiple sources was another hot topic touched on during the event. Businesses can use their own site, information services, community sites and their own users to manage from almost anywhere. Additionally, guests were engaged on how to keep their customers attention with interactive search and social applications in order to make your site stand out to the rest.
