With seventy guests in attendance at Concurrency’s latest event, SharePoint 2010 Workflow and BPM Event, the Microsoft Waukesha Office was in high spirits on Friday July 30, 2010. Guest came to learn the power of SharePoint 2010 and its revolutionary workflow and business process management (BPM) capabilities. Concurrency employees taught guests that their once complication processes can be simplified into a headache-free solution. The following live demonstrations were shown to guests throughout the day:
  • SharePoint Business Process Management
  • Basic “Out-of-the-Box” Workflow
  • Advanced Workflow
  • Beyond Workflow-Composites
These demonstrations were in place to show guest introductory concepts all the way to the most advanced techniques within SharePoint 2010. The SharePoint Business Process Management is used to increase the speed, accuracy and efficiency of your core, people-centric processes within your business. The Basic “Out-of-the-Box” Workflow helps businesses to step through the new, improved workflow functionality bundled together with SharePoint 2010. The Advanced Workflow procedure helps businesses to take the next steps and fuel advanced workflow with SharePoint Designer 2010 and Visio 2010. Additionally Beyond Workflow-Composites was introduced to design and build custom applications from the ground up anywhere from Project Management, Engineering, Change Order and so on. The speaker for the event was Steven Fischer. Steven leads the Concurrency Application Development Practice. He is a solution Architect and a Microsoft Certified.NET and SharePoint Developer. With Steven’s high level of knowledge on SharePoint, guests used him as an asset during the presentation.
