When you create a service request that uses parallel activities you may get the error message “Your request could not be submitted” when submitting the request from the Service Manager.
I noticed that this only happens when I create the activities outside the parallel activity and dragged them into it during the template creation.
To get rid of the error I deleted the activities from the parallel activity then opened the parallel activity.
Once you are inside of the parallel activity you will want to click on the Activities tab and add the Activities there.
Once you have added the activities to the template save it and resubmit the request and it will now complete successfully.
