Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 and Windows 7 SP1 RTM

  Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 and Windows 7 SP1 have reached RTM!! Microsoft is delivering some awesome features in SP1, including: Dynamic Memory This feature lets administrators "pool" memory to share among virtual machines.  Microsoft Hyper-V dynamic memory is guest optimized and provides a significant step forward in the approach to this virtualization capability.  The guest aware capabilities of dynamic memory are especially evident in high consolidation instances where memory resources are taxed.
