We're experts across the entire Microsoft product stack so you don’t have to be. We're proud to offer two different versions of our Operational Support Services to support your business.

Our first offering is Tier 3 Operational Support, a fixed bid service that provides complete care around a particular Microsoft technology such as Dynamics 365, Office 365, SharePoint and others. We offer the ability to deliver backend IT support for your on-premises environment or through Azure cloud services. We can even provide support for your end users so they can call us for help when they can’t access their email or need help with break/fix scenarios. You'll be backed by a regular team at Concurrency that you'll get to know personally, and if needed, they'll be able to handle any controlled escalation to Microsoft for efficient resolution.

The second Operational Support available to you is our Enhancement Services. We provide you with regularly scheduled onsite appointments with a Concurrency business analyst and engineer. They will work together with you on your latest application or cloud needs and schedule these needs into a backlog to be completed. Regularly scheduled appointments ensure that your business stays on top of your crucial technology needs.
